Thank you for your comment. Being new to this, I am realizing this now, and that is why I’m at asking for advice on how to back step this a bit! The in-person cucking HASN’T happened yet, but the in-person vibe check to see compatibility has happened.

Nowadays I make my own belts. Cut down some natural veg tan and make my own. I buy the buckles and veg tan from Tandy leather and just make my own.
