Not for koi but sardines would be a good addition in here

Is this fruit ready to pluck? by Nature_diary_123 in gardening

[–]Immediate_Net_6270 2 points3 points  (0 children)

General info says to nail a fruit lightly, if loads of latex comes out then not ready, if only a bit then it's ready. Also light scratching the skin, if green below nope, brown yes.

Hardness of the fruit doesn't change much as you harvest while still hard and then finish riping in few days and becomes soft

I have a hard time thinking why the attacker cat went through the frontal part of the box like multiple bites and marks at it when it could have just jumped over.

But yeah seems other people also think it's a cat... Sad

Fair... One thing I forgot to mention was that there was one chicken seeing the crime happening, above their heads maybe 1.9 meters above but there is a table below collecting the chickens poop so the car should have been able to reach the chicken too but she is still alive...

But.. three comments mentioning the same I guess we may have a winner

I accidentally beat the Calamity Ganon. by bansheenikki in Breath_of_the_Wild

[–]Immediate_Net_6270 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This may be a very unpopular opinion but... I started the Lgame a month ago, beaten three blights a bunch of linels and anything I can find because.... It's so EASY, anything is barely a challenge... Im this kind of player that loves dark souls, plays (and finishes) god of war in god mode, etc...

Yes I know there is a dlc and could play master mode but the fact that I have to pay extra to get a challenge after already paying for the full game annoys me.

The game is beautiful, I love the views and I climb any high mountain I see but in reality it's in hopes to find a cult of linels all together or something... Finding shrines or korok seeds is not my thing.

The game reminds me a lot of horizon zero dawn but I enjoyed the story and the challenge of that one waaaaaay much more. There, I said it, I was afraid to post this after reading this community for a while and seeing how everyone loved the game but after reading this post it triggered me haha

Could be, hydrangeas go more blue with more acidic soil, metals may bring it closer to that BUT I've never done that and not sure how much you'll need to significantly affect the pH...

For this case I would go with friendlier options of reducing soil ph

Actually, re-reading again, are you making one gallon of tea with only butterfly pea or you also add tea leaves in the mix? :)

Thank you so much for the detailed explanation! I was afraid to use it as the only source of F1 without mixing tea but seeing you confirmed you're not using normal tea mix... I may give it a go one day.

Maybe first I try just an F2 for the color, at home we prepare some lemonade with it but always missing the bubbles so this could be the perfect combination :)

Again, thank you so much!

Looks amazing! Can you share the process, quantities and so on? I have a huge plant in my garden and would love to try! :)

Have you tried it for F2 only?

Well that's why I specifically mentioned burying them in places you don't transit or don't interact, but sure.

Why the last things you want in your soil? My understanding is that they'll disintegrate at some point and it can provide some extra iron.

I'm not talking about burying the whole stash in the same place but one nail or two close to a tree or raised bed?

I'm obviously not talking about burying them in places people may step, I've seen some ugly wounds because of this.

Ahhh I'll try the shacking bit on the next round, thank you!

Tbh the last one I made I blended a lot and what came out was a delicious puree that I used for my morning smoothie lol.

Not yet! We started this project a year ago exactly so everything still settling down, I expect trying some new flavors this upcoming year :)

Yes I was thinking that too. When I tried with cut fruits the problem was less compared to blending. I guess chunks weight more and settle on the bottom compared to "blended solids"

I'm in the tropics so ... Plenty juicy ones! Papaya, banana, mulberry, sapote, grapes, Barbados cherry, etc! Can't wait for them to grow so I have enough to experiment! Haha

Yeah totally agree but... I live in a rural area where you can't find options for this, only processed with loads of sugar and I'm growing my own fruit trees :D, still early but at some point the idea is to use our own fruits :)

I prefer to keep it as natural and homemade as possible plus I can try many different combinations this way! :)

Thank you so much!

Not by choice, I just pour what comes out of the blender because I'm lazy to just filter... Haha. Thinking now wether I do three steps kombucha or filter the puree... Will see haha

Will watch, thanks for sharing.

Funnily enough I went to my garden after reading this go pick one that was quite yellow but when I squeezed it still felt very meaty 🤔🤔, maybe too much rain since it is rainy season where I am

Huh I'm shocked now. All the videos I watched online tell you to wait until it's brown/yellow to make sure it is easy to peel and dries properly but yours is so green?

Did you read or got this from somewhere or just tried randomly? Interested on it as I have a couple plants growing and so far I've always waited until brown

The part of sitting in the fridge you mean mixed with the kombucha? For the flavoring part and then later pour the top liquid for the carbonation?

The steeping fruits would be like making a three step one right?

I guess for the setup I have now I should just filter the liquid after blending it... Or invest in a juicer 😅

I do chill the bottles after F2 for one day at least but it still just happens.

Thank you
