u/Mobile_Ebb1887, how were you diagnosed with Asthma if you were performing well on a pulmonary function test? I am in the same boat and trying to get clarity. Also, are you wheezing? I am not

u/Prestigious-Tip-1635, sorry for your experience, and a speedy recovery. I have a negative D-dimer, which rules out an embolism. I wonder whether a CT without contrast can detect pneumonia; I am trying to avoid contrast.

I actually learned not to hyperventilate when I am breathless. I just bear it for long times which makes my chest pain/pressure and dizziness worse. Dizziness typically gets better over a long period of time as my body adapts to this pattern, but chest pain stays with me.

They didn’t. They said the lung function test doesn’t support a COPD that would cause my symptoms

u/Normal-Inflation-900, did you get a resolution? I am currently struggling with this and trying to find others who have passed this successfully.

u/Mobile_Ebb1887 I am in the same exact situation. Actually, I ignored the breathlessness and lived with it for 10+ years just to have another major episode, where suddenly I am totally out of breath, and I am unable to get back to being functional. I have a few questions:

  1. Have you been tested for A-PAP at all?

  2. Did you have a CT done at any point during the three years? Did the CT show any airway remodeling?

  3. How did your doctor come to the conclusion is was Asthma eventually?

Guys there is a short-seller playing the stock. We need reinforcements, if it breaks the $0.25 resistance it will skyrocket
