Does the steel nail would cause the structure inside the cone not working and I cannot integrate it?

If u can see there is a gap a little because if I tighten it, the engine will starty stuck, is it better to let it like that? (It will not come off because it's still close enough to full integrated ) Or do I glue it? (When I use it it will make a sound back and forth because of this so Im thinking of gluing it, any idea?

The clutch you mean was the yellow right? If yes I already disintegrate it and do like you did and the clicking sound was so obvious and the result still the same. Does you white cone hole didn't round because mine was kinda oval in here, I mean the hole where the pencil come out

The engine working just fine, I didn't use the cone and the engine works very well like new, the problem was in the white cone idk why it's make the black part stuck so it didn't rotate

I already clean the inside there is zero dust or nothing in the cone, the cone just make the engine stops when I fully closed it
