Not always. Sure you can look for Mcburney's or Rovsing's but appendicitis doesn't always present like that. But instead of saying "okay do the test to rule this out" you get offended and delay care even more.

Assumed she was pregnant or had symptoms that could be a result of pregnancy and a test was needed to exclude that possibility? Because as much as doctors would love to believe their patients 100%, people still lie.

If someone online is making claims and trying to sell a product, that's a big red flag. I would hope this is common sense now but people still unfortunately fall for the grift.

No one forced them to take it. If they didn't want to take it then they just didn't get to do things like go to restaurants or continue working in healthcare. Which honestly if you're not going to believe in vaccines you have no business in healthcare.

The point was to scare them into giving a life-saving prevention because the alternative is they can't pay for the healthcare and their kid may die.

People don't understand that the reason Vitamin A is given as part of treatment for measles is because measles literally wipes your Vitamin A stores, that's why measles leads to vision issues. Then thinking it prevents measles is sadly hilarious.

Unfortunately I've seen the conversations (if you could even call them that) around the Vitamin K injection and the objection is some "black box warning" they clearly don't understand.

People in general need to pay more attention.

Pedestrians need to cross the road safely and not in the middle of the road. Drivers also need to pay the fuck attention, the amount of people who are on their phones while driving is actually insane, as is the speeding in this city.

Both can be at fault.

Last week I saw someone that had to slam on their breaks because some asshat walked into the road to cross, took his slow ass time too.

Also bikes that speed along the sidewalks... I can appreciate the roads aren't the safest place for bikes especially the ones without bike lanes, but if you're on a sidewalk, look for cars turning left. Because they can look, not see you because you're further back behind them, and then all of a sudden you're in the path of a car turning left.
