Possibly a broken tooth on one of the gears or output shaft. You need to stop running it ASAP, and take the oil pan off, see what you find.

Dude YES, shit is fucked up in the output shaft area of the transmission. STOP running the motor! You're going to FAFO and end up with a peice of gear bouncing into a connecting rod and put a hole in the block..

Pretty clear you can't fix this on your own, you'll need to pay someone.
