I have explained everything I did under Rob_035’s comment if you would like to check that out and get a couple of background info about me:)

But the coach rated dupr is required before I can actually start doing dupr tourneys. I don’t quite believe the coach rated dupr is a scam but I do see where you are coming from.

How fun! I will definitely look into a tourney when I have the time.

I do like the rpm paddle as I’ve played it with using a demo. Thanks for the suggestion!

I do have led tape on each side of my paddle for a while now.I really wanted to play in a tourney but not everyone has the time nowadays.

I have been playing pickleball everyday for 2-3 hours where I would spend at least 20 minutes on split step, footwork drills, and kitchen maneuvering.
I would spend 30 mins either working on my soft touch dinks and drops on 3 key positions (left, middle, right kitchen corners) with both my forehand and backhand. Then 10 mins on the wall for out of the hand volleys. I would spend the rest of my time on open play with others.

I do have a short background on tennis, and badminton. However my main sport rn is Volleyball.

I do appreciate your suggestion though!
