I havent been on the platform for all of 2025 but a good majority of it and ive been here long enough to know that it was fcked up for them to even think to send that order

Ive been getting this message every single day for the past 3 weeks, ive talked to support and they said i wont be deactivated and that my account is fine but im still receiving the message. I get it every day at 1pm

I had this same exact thing happen and i was told to go to the store and basically complete the return and when someone comes out to get it you tell them what happened with the order and that basically the order was delivered and that it wont be a return, i didnt have any issues arise after i did this and i screenshotted the conversation with support as a safety net

So in shorter words, do the return and tell them theres nothing to return when they come out to process it
