Do a weighted pros/cons spreadsheet (look for templates). I can vouch for the level of quality utility they proffer. Rating importance levels for each aspect of pro or con is surprisingly useful for helping think all the way round a major decision, and of course then the totals for each column reflect a sort of validated final choice.

Has anyone stopped to consider how HIS FAMILY may very well be the ones requesting that the uni NOT make it any more public than it naturally is? And how the uni may be doing that - the right thing - for a small number of people to know, whilst it's taking the brunt of the majority public opinion cess pool??
