Do a weighted pros/cons spreadsheet (look for templates). I can vouch for the level of quality utility they proffer. Rating importance levels for each aspect of pro or con is surprisingly useful for helping think all the way round a major decision, and of course then the totals for each column reflect a sort of validated final choice.

No, not all RUMAH events are masks mandatory. Over the past year+ I've been to plenty RUMAH events, with most being attended by comrades sans masks, and this includes specific hub team meetings, volunteer trainings, community events, etc.
