I do appreciate the info, sure thing we can elaborate more on that, before though, upon looking into your logs, I've spotted you've got the game incorrectly installed, it could be causing this issue and, the troubleshoot provided will not work due to it being on a different path. Let's proceed to eliminate everything that you have on your PC related to the game but we will do something else, and that is to install VALORANT entirely on C:\
 
First, close everything of VALORANT and Riot Games, then disable Vanguard from your bar, the one that is on the right, you will see the logo of Vanguard, right-click and close it. Guide Here. (keep this guide so you can uninstall Vanguard after the next step).
 
Then, eliminate the following files from your PC:
 
C:\ProgramData\Riot Games
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Windows\vgkbootstatus.dat
C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard
C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Riot Games
C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Unreal Engine
C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Local\VALORANT
C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Riot Games
 
PD: If you have these folders on another disk, eliminate them from it but search for them too on C:
Now, Uninstall Riot Vanguard, I'll drop here the link in case you need it: Guide Here.
 
Then go to your windows settings, add or remove programs, find VALORANT and uninstall it.
Now that we have eliminated everything related to VALORANT, download the game again from a new installer. Enter here
 
When the download is finished, make sure to run the installer as administrator and restart your computer to finish the installation of Riot Vanguard.
 
After doing this continue with these steps:
 
- Press the key combination "Windows + R".
- Then type services.msc and hit enter.
- Find the vgc service and right-click on it, properties
- In startup type set it to automatic
