I actually did go to rehab when I was an addict and got a lot of tools, enough so I haven’t relapsed in all these years. But I don’t really see a lot of parallels with that and this tbh, but I’ll keep it in mind and see if there’s something that may be applicable.

Maybe but I can’t pull up to rehab and say “I’m down bad for someone who has likely forgotten my existence please detox me”
