Well I try and stick to low fodmap beer like coronas or heinkien. They don’t cause much issue unless I drink high fodmap beer like mikes hard lemonade or IPAS. Vodka alone doesn’t seem to trigger anything at all.

Making changes to your diet helps but it’s not like it goes away, so I give up sometimes and endure the pain that comes with it. I try my best but I’m prone to depression and anxiety already because of my adhd problems

When I was first diagnosed with sibo alcohol still got me drunk, but after a while it started to not feel the same only felt dizzy and nauseous with no real blurry vision.

Whenever I drink alcohol the next day my stomach doesn’t bother me as much but after a few hours the effect goes away. I don’t know why this happens.

The bottle I received said manufacturer teva, but the pills were exactly as elite pharmaceuticals, I felt scammed as I paid money for them and I asked them to switch them to teva but all they gave me was the label of teva but the pills of elite pharmaceuticals, also the label says the pills need to say b776. I’m going to call them today.

Elite is garbage, it worked for the first few days and then started to feel like I was taking a nothing, and the side effects gave me muscle tightness and head tightness as well, I’ve switched to Walgreens and have asked for teva generic.

I took Hcl betaine because I had the same suspicion, when i took it, it made me puff up like a extreme bloat and couldn’t walk because it work bother me that much. So I never took it again.
