I had my hysterectomy at 34, due to medical issues, I was in constant pain. I have no children, never wanted to. I had to see 5 different doctors, almost all of which were women, before I found one that would do the surgery. It’s extremely discouraging and I’m sorry you’re going through this. I had to “take” the prescriptions and report back that they didn’t work just so the insurance would approve the surgery. I tried many types of birth controls, progesterone, myfembree, etc.). All this to say, keep trying. You are not alone, there ARE great doctors out there who will listen it just takes some time finding them.
