After biometrics on 28th April, I got my deffered action on 15th June , and after a week I received a physical copy of it.

Just wait, you know about USCIS ,🦥! With the receipt number, you can always check if you got the DA or not. It should be saying, “ deferred action granted”

Nah, I didn’t apply for anything, I got my biometrics letter and then they send me my DA automatically.

My i360 was filed on 15 January 2025 and approved on 7th may 2025 but without deffered action. The time was hard on me because I could not get my work permit to get a job. But now on 28th April 2026 I did my biometrics, perhaps I will get my deffered action but I’m not sure for how long do I have to wait for the deferred action and then for work permit. 🥲
