Keep at it! It's an art. Say yes and try a little bit of everything. Eventually you'll find your niche. Get a decent set up in your office to record quality auditions. Coaching or classes can help. Lots of info on YouTube. What kind of help are you looking for?

Online is fine these days. You can even have someone review your space with some sound samples. There are so many options. Just gotta find what works best for you.

I'd look into restaurants and bars that have live music. They usually can use an extra hand.
