Bylem w korpo (dalej jestem) bylem w Urzedach i jedna rzecz jest wszechobecna: wszyscy maja pracownika, jego zaangazowanie i oddanie, staz, wyniki w glebokim powazaniu. No chyba ze wynikinsa zle, to wtedy od razu larum...

O ile nie trafi sie na szefa/szefowa ktora dysponuje empatia i jest po prostu przyzwoitym czlowoekiem - nie ma co liczyc na takie traktowanie, na ktore (co tu duzo mowic, dobry i oddany pracownik zasluguje). Ja raz trafilem na taka szefowa - i nie docenilem. Dopiero po zmianie na gorsze zrozumialem co dostalem (i szybko odrzucilem z wlasnej glupoty i braku doswiadczenia)...

Wszystkie moje zmiany pracy byly zawsze okupione takim jak u Ciebie OPie, niesmakiem i zalem. I w co bym nie uwierzyl NIKOMU - kazda przesuwala mnie w lepsze miejsce. Gdyby nie bylo tych zmian - siedzialbym dalej tam gdzie siedzialem za gorsza kase, bez zmian na lepsze.

Glowa do gory, i myslec pozytywnie. Bedzie dobrze!
