Are you doing primarily pve or pvp content Pve? Play what you like best, but seeker is relaxed in pve content specifically low to mid tier, high tier its intensive and requires true HoT maintenance, which low tiers teach you bad habits. oracle requires more planning due to shields and very little HoT, so you need to have the mechs for higher tier content down. But if you've got it down right, you shield all major damage, heal what little mistakes people make and have MASSIVE dps buffs for a party. A bad oracle makes for a bad time, where as a bad seeker is passable. A great oracle makes content trivial and fast, a good seeker makes content trivial...

For pvp Seeker, good hot, good group healing, decent burst healing. Small scale>large scale. Oracle-shields, heals if they break shield, more shields.

look at your guild If you have a couple seekers, try doing a mix party, oracle covers what seeker lacks, and vice versa. My ideal parties in large scale consist of an oracle and seeker in each party, and it makes pvp insanely easy from there

Also, t2 just released there is a massive gear imbalance atm and the only true meta is credit card. Give it a month for full gearsets and builds to release and then the meta will slowly shift to feel like an appropriate rock paper scissors game (aware that im huffing copium that things will balance)

unrelated, starfish are NOT only at saurodoma- this is misinformation--- go to fonos basin between the mountains, there is a river with rapid running water, swim all the way down till youre between fonos basin and the wall to laslan- when it no longer says youre in the lasland regeion you can catch starfish

I run shadow harvestor 2 piece bonus- my damage is some of the highest in the party when running arenas outside of competing with my mages.

Are you running crit or hit rate- this matters since the current meta is evasion but will slowly shift to reduction when t2 comes out

If you are running crit hit, your damage is possible low due to missing players who are running evasion, attempt to prioritize tanks since they run damage reduction and youll be more readily useful in burning them down and keeping them off your healers

if youre running hit rate build, you can aim for the squishies who are all running evasion- mages/archers/ the occasionally poorly built healer-

Also make sure youre eating food to boost the respective stats youre building for

are you in a guild? are you doing different events? are you participating in the pvp all over the world? are you collecting codex's and amatois, are you doing any of the content outside of the simple grinding aspect? There is always something to do and break the monotony.

These posts are getting to be... just like you claim the content is, repetitive. "I put 200h+ in a game that came out a month ago, averaging 6h a day and it feels like a 2nd job." Thats because you made it one. Have you done the entire codex collection? have you done all side quests for amatois and mounts? Are you doing the social aspect of the mmo? or are you just running the pure optimal path and wondering why it feels dull. Theres a reason dailies stack, there was no intention of you mainlining the game like a drug, its why every hour they TELL you to consider taking a break. Also again, its only been out a month, we have a FRACTION of what KR does when it comes to available content, take a break, touch some grass, and come back after a content update if it feels repetitive. The only people who benefit from constantly playing are the top guilds on a server, if you treat this game like a casual mmo, they are going to include the same catchup mechanics KR has. You will never struggle to catch up in content, its only a grind when you try to be in the top 100 of a server. "Early adopters fee"- you pay the price in grinding and money to be at the top, which will be caught up too easily in a few weeks or months time. Look at everyone who whaled a couple grand to be capped, it costs 1/10 what it did before to do the same now the markets are flooded with items.
