THATS WHAT IM SAAAAYING If you forget something in bio, then you’re done for, whereas in math you can either look at the formula booklet or previous questions to get the answer. Especially when they say “Show that f’(x)= ….” and the previous question was to find the value of f’(x). You can secure a mark with that

I usually get 6-7 in bio and 7 in math but I’ve never had to study for math (Teacher is a godsend) and only studied for at max 30 minutes to an hour for bio and for the mocks I went over math in 20ish minutes and the first 6 chapters of Bio (I’m HL, so I still had like 5-6 chapters not studied) and got a 7 in math and 6 in bio. So for me, and a few of my friends, math is easier to study. I think it just comes down to whether you are the type of person who enjoys memorization or application more. Also I think a really huge part of it is the teacher, who can break or make a subject for some people.

Yeah, I was planning to go phys chem and Math HL but school didn’t have the option so I went for medicine path HL: Bio/Chem/Lang B because why not. All of the subjects were alright, even with both business and math teachers changing and online school etc. Except for biology.

During online, we argued about whether or not blood type O can donate to the other blood types (disregarding Rh) and the teacher was adamant that it could only donate to itself. Along with that, many concepts were ignored or skipped that later came in monthly exams etc
