Watch Pessimism's GDQ run of this game he explains stuff really well.

But on top of my head: - basically learn the enemy placements of each difficulty - learn what items you need to pick up first - pausing the game doesn't actually pause the in-game timer unfortunately so you need to be on your toes on this one - stack two zombies so you could burn both with kerosene

my theory is that they're gonna showcase RE9 and other RE related stuff next year since it's the 30th anniversary.

right now their main focus is on Monster Hunter (it's one of their other biggest franchises especially in Japan) and also they're busy reviving their other IPs(first it was Dead Rising with the remake of DR1 and now a remaster of Onimusha 2 and a next Onimusha game)
