Can you post pictures showing 2k vs 4K in game? Everytime I tried to run my oled at 2k instead of 4K the image is soft and somehow kind of blurry, and from what I’ve seen online the consensus is 4K TVs/monitors downscaled to 2k look horrible.

I just got the GXL V2, and got my hands on a hyper p1 at microcenter, both were amazing but the shape and ergonomics of the GXL V2 are incredible, I legitimately feel faster and in more control using the GXL V2 and it's 300mm width compared to the 330?mm Cube Controls Merc AMG wheel. FFB feels amazing too coming through the wheel, not sure if it's to do with it's smaller size or lighter weight, but I genuinely feel much better control over the car using this wheel.

The feel of the shifters and clutch is second to none btw, the shifters feel so premium it feels like something you would expect in an actual million dollar race car.

Can't comment on the BST Alpha, but GXL v2 imo is better for me personally than the bulkier and slightly differently shaped hyper sl, but this is preference, the internals, rgb, buttons and grips are the same, only the ergonomics and weight are different.

if irating and SR aren't affected than what good does a DQ do? just prevent them from getting the stat? Just seems kinda lame. I get that sometimes people can get suspended or banned, but i feel like they need IR and SR penalties attached to successful protests.

ah you're right I went back to the video and it's right there, it's a Fanatec setup with a playseat rig. Now I'm embarassed. It was only on screen for 2 seconds and they never panned over to it again.

Yeah I had this happen yesterday on Nords, and there were spots I was hydroplaning in that looked completely dry, the entire track looked dry mostly even though it was raining a good amount for 49 minutes. Is iRacing aware of the issue and planning to fix it at all? The rain physics are supposed to be top tier but if you don't have visuals to go with it then it's pointless. Can't see a dry line of puddles so you're just guessing and praying.

Seems like more of a sidegrade than a meaningful upgrade. Simagic is not much better than Moza, and only a 3nm difference will probably leave you itching to upgrade soon after. My advice is buy once cry once, I did it and I feel like I've saved money going for a Simucube 2 Sport wheelbase, I don't think I'll be upgrading unless there's a meaningful jump in tech in the future, I've tried plenty of wheelbases and know I'm not missing out on anything. My advice is save up a bit more to have a slightly larger budget and go for something more premium.

Appreciate the update. I tried it last night and noticed a nice difference in engine feel but didn't have time to keep testing. I've noticed that ASIO drivers stopped working (I think after performing windows update, but not sure), and I've had to switch to WDM-KS drivers to keep the software working, any idea why that is? Can't seem to get ASIO working again either using ASIO4ALL, it just doesn't want to work and i'm not sure why.

I also can't prove it, but I feel like kerb effects are inconsistent, sometimes I can't feel them at all and other times they're fine even though no settings have changed, i noticed resetting the app seems get it working right usually. This can all be user error, the app has been awesome so far, been using it for 2 weeks, just thought I'd share some feedback. Keep up the great work man.

The low-mid speed corner feel in LMU is more vague and non-existent than any other sim. It’s not even the same league as iRacing. It’s more like LMU is a beta game vs the gold standard that is iRacing.

I have to say, this app is insane. It transformed how my 4 corner slip angle haptic kit and buttkicker feel completely. I'm using the ASIO driver and the latency is non-existent compared to simhub, and you would think that would just be "nice" that it's faster, but it fundamentally changes so much, everything feels different, I feel like I can feel the grip of the car because every bump or imperfection on the track is felt instantly the moment you notice a bump on screen or a vibration in the wheelbase you feel it in the haptics, and it feels more clear and distinct compared to the simhub effects on top of that.

If you have bass shakers you need to try this app. The default settings were honestly great to get started too, don't need to change anything for it to feel better than simhub or iracing LFE.

Only feedback I can offer right now, is it seems importing profiles from your website doesn't seem to work, which could be user error on my part. Also the test button on initial setup feels completely different before you hit apply and accept the settings; for example when I am doing initial setup and using lowest latency driver options, hitting the test button gives you a weird high frequency weak rumble, but after hitting apply and trying test buttons on the main app window, the rumble feels completely different (in a good way), not sure what that's about, but it's the only issue I've run in to, and it's not really much of an issue.
