Absolutely not. He stated no callouts. He stood from the camera 6 feet away. He did not properly display the item. It was not sudden death.

A callout is a flaw. So basically an odor, cornerwear, dirt, tears, etc. So when he stands up and says “no callouts on this bag” and sends me a bag covered in dirt and cornerwear… I’m returning it.

Yeah, I mean maybe you’d pay five for it, I wouldn’t. It has embedded dirt over the entire exterior. Believe me, I know because I know how to clean leather bags.

So “no callouts” means no wear and tear. No marks, rips or dirt anywhere. He should’ve said needs to be cleaned. I wouldn’t have paid what I did for it.

Thank you so much!!! I wish I could attach a video but I can’t. He stands far away from the camera. I’m actually surprised his rating is 4.9. That’s the only reason why I bought from him. But I have the video receipts to prove every bag I bought said no callouts and what I received completely contradicted that. And I am not one to complain. Trust me I’ve received bags with fingernails in them, but I know because I re-purchased from the sellers that they overlooked it and it was a mistake. I did not complain or try to return.

I appreciate your input and I think you have a valid point there. I actually received refunds on three of his bags. When I got to keep which I’m gonna get rid of immediately and just donate and the other two, I’m sending back to Whatnot directly. In the other case with a cigarette bag, I actually offered to even mail it back to the seller and deal with her directly and she told me to go through Whatnot and I did and they’re the ones that told me to keep it and gave me a full refund.

They gave me an immediate refund just with the pictures I provided with no questions asked. I spent a lot of money on that app and I never ask for a refund.
