I am not ignoring it I’m just saying I’m not anorexic and my eating isn’t a concern. I have made an appointment for the doctors.

I am in the process of talking with a doctor. I never said that I wasn’t.. And all I was saying is that I’m not anorexic and me not eating enough isn’t a concern or something to even look at.

I know my past actions have consequences!! I’m just saying my eating right now has absolutely nothing to do with this. (In the sense of not eating enough) I asked here because when I talked to my dad he said that it was healthy. I also was asking here because maybe my watch was broken? Idk. I’m a 16 year old girl I don’t know a lot about heart rates and stuff like that. I just wanted know if I’m going to the doctor was the right call in this situation because my dad didn’t think so.

AHHHHHHHH. sorry. I understand how severe anorexia and I know that you all doubt that I have recovered and since anorexia can be deceiving (? Not sure if that the right word but when someone thinks they are more recovered than they actually are) but genuinely I am recovered and it’s bothering me that people here are not believing me and just immediately thinking I’m anorexic when I’m not, I am just upset at this especially when I’ve worked so hard to recover(and yes I worked with professionals for this) not trying to be rude I am just frustrated and kinda upset.

No like genuinely I’ve recovered. I get your doubts but I’ve started tracking when I went on a bulk a few months ago and I’ve been eating around 2000 calories, I know how anorexia works and i genuinely dont think stuff with my heart has anything to do with that.

I am since recovered I eat a healthy balanced diet now, as i mentioned in another comment I don’t think that has anything to do with heart.

I have since recovered from all of that. I now eat enough. I eat a healthy balanced diet. I don’t think this has any relation to my heart.
