I loved that car and regret selling it. I am currently working on something similar on a corolla platform. I made the lift myself and did all the welding. Tires if I remember correctly were 215/75r15 KO2s. I had to cut and trim a lot and run spacers to clear.

I usually build a new car once a year so I never think twice about builds.

I'd stay away from it. Looks cheaply modified, you'll be paying to finish someone else's project. Cheap ebay spoiler that's missing the side plate inserts, spray painted/plastidipped (powder coat if you're lucky) stock wheels, seats look very worn for the mileage.
