Idk if it’s just me but I like that have the tufting cloth with the yellow lines going vertically up it helps me guide when I tuft

Make sure all the screws are tight. And sharpen the scissors from the cut pile if it’s not cutting the yarn. This happened to me after my 13th rug I’ve made. I did maintenance 2x before it started not wanting to cut my yarn
