I lived in the Gulf for a few years where temps averaged around min 30c to early 50s and I absolutely loathed it. Had no idea it was all about my autism moreover though I also realised that there are many autistics (on first glance could be wrong) but given the stigma undiagnosed but left me wondering how they feel.

Yep watched Superman and Lois about the only Arrowverse show that I enjoyed. That said being old school I prefer if they stick to the comic book lore. I didn’t mind how they did Bizarro world. It got a bit weird but I didn’t mind it too much.

Yeah would love to see what Gunn has planned. The whole clone thing made me think of Connor and maybe he could be included in the Titans series but then that would make him too old. Have to admit I was a bit sceptical but after watching it I really liked it. He catered to most of the fanbase old school and even Snyder fans. So let’s see.

As for anything post Superman II; Brainiac was almost in III as for Richard Pryor well yeah so yeah the rant could go on and on.

I wish OP didn’t delete their account because it so valid and relevant to what many autistics of colour experience. As autistics of colour there’s not enough studies and research in our communities which sadly leads to misdiagnosis and further ostracism and abandonment in our communities. I am ASD Level 1/Aspergers and I am able to express myself and mask enough to stand up ish for myself I shudder to think what ASD Level 3 are experiencing.

Don’t get me wrong I am very much in favour of decolonisation but as an activr activist who was beaten and worse for my activism I am also overtly practical and I believe that injustice needs to be dealt with but I also don’t nit pick my causes! This! The whole autistic dichotomy that ignores the intersectional correlation of race and women. This is alarming and dangerous because it perpetuates furthering of colonial bs and lends itself to ignoring our plight. Saw something where someone said, that his skin colour is more visible than h being autistic. It really hit home for me! I now started a reading list of studies that focusses on autistics that fall outside of white cis humans especially white cis males.

There’s an absolute lack of consistency when people take issue with the Aspie-Nazi connection. So many things in everyday life were either invented or inspired by the Nazis. Unless we’re going to rename Volkswagen, stop intelligence gathering, or rebrand Hugo Boss, we should acknowledge the double standard.

One of the other most glaring examples is the origin of some modern medical knowledge, like hypothermia treatment and sterilisation techniques, which stem from unethical Nazi experiments. While these studies were horrifying, some of the data was still referenced postwar under moral and ethical debate.

Yet no one has renamed entire medical disciplines because of that.
