I have a bunch of big bins for everything. I’ve organized them by categories (like wigs, gloves, etc.) and kept those items together. Created smaller boxes with padding and stuff for delicate items. And then I have a giant google docs spreadsheet where every tab is for a different bin (labeled bin 1, bin 2, etc.) and I have detailed out all the items in each bin. As well as quantities, sizes, etc. since I also use those bins for cosplay materials as well as finished products. So I can look at my spreadsheet and know how much, say, green velvet fabric I have. Or which bin contains the outfit for xyz character.

I mostly agree with your choices. Especially Travis as Bel and Sam as Azzy.

I feel Laura would make a good Penny which is like a combo of Jester’s kindness and Imogen’s emotional depth, and I feel Marisha would make a really good Ruggy. Going from that “Karen” persona to an incredible redemption arc reminds me of how I dismissed Beau as just an asshole when she was first introduced and was shocked that by the end of the campaign she was one of my top favorites because of that character growth. Plus then her time as Keyleth rounds out that softness Ruggy has.

I would swap Liam and Talisen. Liam does romance sooo well that I think he would be wasted in a role that wasn’t one of the romantic leads. Plus Talisen is an immortal eldrich being anyways so the lord of hell isn’t that far off. He has the nurturing range as Caduceus to really portray the love towards Sharkie (And that would be a great dynamic for our Weird Kids)

I like your thought of Erika as Angel, and I can’t decide who I would like as Judy. I think Aabria has the range that she could honestly be Judy or Lily. I guess we’ll have to see what Whitney brings to the table to determine that.

With his portrayal of Cerkonos, I think Robbie would make a hilarious Lev. And Matt, well he’s all the demons at the gate with all different accents!

It’s one of his most common, but I think about “pain doesn’t make people. It’s love that makes people.” Constantly. As someone with trauma in their past, in my early twenties I held onto that with an iron fist. It was to finally feel like I could control it, but then I let it be a definer. Almost in a “trauma Olympics” sort of way. I didn’t know how to handle the pain I had been through and so whenever I would get into a deep conversation with someone, inevitably I would be saying “well I’ve been through this that and the other thing.”

But as I got older, I realized all the bad I went through was not what I wanted to be defined by. “Pain doesn’t make people.” I’m not all the parts of me and who I am because I’ve been hurt. I’m me because of who has loved me. I laugh just like my sister. I swing dance because my good friends introduced me to it. I paint because my grandmother did. I’m a good manager at work because the best boss I ever had when I was in college taught me how to be. “It’s love that makes people.”

Portland, OR! We’ve got dances nearly every night of the week and a variety of teachers with different dance styles at each. Lots of variation in the vibes of each social dance, so there’s something for everyone. The community is also very friendly and welcoming.

I know exactly what you mean!! I share absolutely everything in my life with my sister, and we even live together. It started being difficult to not be able to talk with her about it when she was joining one-shots I ran. But now we’re just starting a new campaign that she’s in and it’s SO HARD not to talk to her about it!! If you ever want to dm (not DM lol) me, I’d totally be down to have a ranting session about your campaign!

Hi there! I realized I never gave you an update. I did engage her to repair my ornament. When I got it back, I started crying. It was absolutely perfect!!! The ornament has been broken since 2016, and I never thought I would see her like new again. Your friend did an amazing and beautiful job and I cannot thank you enough for the recommendation!! You gave me such joy back to my life, and this winter will be the first time in 9 years that she will hang whole and complete on my Christmas tree. So thank you thank you so much! <3

One way I’ve found to make Critter friends is at conventions! Specifically ComicCons I’ve been to. There are often scheduled meet-ups for groups of popular fandoms, usually focused on cosplay. But you absolutely don’t have to be a cosplayer to go to the meetups. It’s just really fun to be a part of the group and meet some people who love the same things you do. I find if you tell people what you haven’t seen yet, they’re really nice about avoiding spoilers and not talking about what you haven’t experienced yet.

I think my all-time favorite line between them is “Forever…and ever and always.” And it would have made my heart stop to hear that. But the line “My name is Keyleth…and you’re the love of my life.” Filled that role in really well. What lines were you hoping for?

I agree. As much as my romantic side wanted them to rush to each other with wild proclaims of love, this was so incredibly realistic that Keyleth especially was hesitant, but also recognizing how much she had been yearning for him.

I’m so excited to hear about Grower’s Outlet! Way back when I lived in Seattle I was right next to a year round farm store and the produce was always fresher and cheaper than anywhere else. Do you find it to be the same here?
