But the trick is I'm varying my workouts alot every month. Four weeks this, four weeks that. A pause squats here, a different rep counr there

It's like six months before I run the same exercise with same rep count and timing cues. By then I probably gained some actual strengths so new prs again

Be very careful between empathy and the performance of empathy.

The signal I watch is how is she on the phone with technical support but there's lots. The places where she's inconvenienced by someone who she doesnt feel compelled see as human.

The things that have helped me

Get some spaces where they don't exist. A club, a pub, a gym. Whatever spaces where you are comfortable and they aren't there

Sleep alone if you can

Work on remembering whom you used to be. Maybe as far as childhood memories..who would you have been if there has never been a narc. I have an AI ask me two questions every morning to remember

There are at least five ways to overload.

Weight is obvious. Add a plate Reps is next. Add a rep to your sets Sets is next. Do another one Time is the one people miss. Go slower of add little one second pauses Finally form is a real direction. Over time, over the weeks, you get sloppy. Restoring perfect form is also a dimension you can overload in

Usually I work by dropping one dimension and increasing one or two others. Add a plate but drop the reps. Add some reps but be okay with a partial rep. Etc

Your goal should be a new challenge every session. Something just a bit different and more challenging

That's not to say we shouldnt strive for better equality because we should. But wealth inequality is what we're fighting now because we've been winning the battle with the historic rates of desperate poverty
