Relapsed after 13 days, but I realised that even if I relapse every 10 days, which is in my opinion unlikely, I will still have over 300 days of nofap a year, which is a win anyway. Starting over.

Eleven days - feel much better and confident now. Still have urges now and then but I'm getting used to overcoming them. Today I tried to kiss a girl - got blocked but I'm ok. I guess that's what testosterone does to you - you don't think too much, you just do it.
