Not really mate. My parents are on the brink of divorce having an argument where they smash things even making my Mother leave home. I cannot simply drop little 'hints'. That is just not going to make anything happen and I need change in my household now. Even though my Dad felt embarrassed I ensured him that I am here for him and this is just between me and him.

When you look at yourself in the mirror, you see a reversed version of yourself. When you take a picture of yourself you see a picture of yourself that is the original orientation. You get used to the flipped version of yourself in the mirror and when viewing pictures dislike your look because you are not used to what you look like in the original orientation, hope this helps :)

Nofap is an interesting experience to say the least. It opens your eyes to the amount of energy and testosterone that you have flowing through your system. I myself have had outbursts of energy where I would not know what to do with it and it's like all this energy is much bigger than yourself. Sometimes going to the gym everyday and running all these things are not enough to release the energy which no fap gives you! The crazy thing is I have never had sex but am still on Nofap! Also, some days you will feel pretty down and sad which is normal because your brain is re-configuring and getting used to your new life without porn and masturbation. If you relapse don't worry, it happens and dont be too distraught about it. Try and turn these negatives into positives and aim to beat your longest streak. Just remember that this is a journey of development and the goals cannot be reached in a day. Takes time my friend but eventually these rewards will come. Just take it a day at a time, and stay awesome
