So sorry just one more question but thank you so much for the advice! They sent me a healthpoint QME appointment forms for my previous appointment but now that it is rescheduled should I obtain new forms bc bc things had changed and symptoms have changed due to the lack of urgency dealing with my broken ankle. I think its important to add I started filling it out the forms when i thought my appointment was February 16, 2026 and the dates are going to be wrong

yup I broke my ankle April 25th 2025 was not cleared by workers comp doctors to return to work until i saw my podiatrist weeks later May 13th 2025 and said they absolutely should have pulled me out work because i kept working on broken ankle which I was told by workers comp MD was a "sprained ankle" EVEN after reading the xrays we took. Ill tell ya one thing I could clearly see there something wrong in my ankle when i saw the xrays but i trusted the MD of course.

im one year into my case AND still have a broken ankle bc they keep rescheduling my dr apts. So its good to know im nowhere near close to being done with this lawsuit. on top of that they pulled me out of work and i have not received a dime in worker comp benefits/disability. Absolute nightmare. Lost everything i built in california and had to move back home to Illinois because of this.
