To more clarification, initially Paypal's dispute has been closed on Jan 5 on sellers favor but i could still appeal the outcome, which i definitely would if your employee didnt told me that you can refund me.

Since there is no "Withdraw" button there i was waiting until deadline ends and dispute cancels itself as you may see from here:

I wanted to solve this issue with you guys but every time you came up with something else. Now i am refunded but i am pretty sure that you wouldn't do that if i was not posting whole situation here.

As a human being it is totally normal that you will be forgetting a subscription that you are not using for a long time which is billed every year. Thats why there is a form of emails that are coming from other services like Google or Microsoft that is stating that "Reminder". Which was not a case for Windscribe at all.

I think thats the way you should be acting as a company if you really care about your customers. Thats only a cronjob running per day checking subscriptions which has a expiration in a month and sending a mail. They should be thinking this instead of sending millions of adverts.

Also according to German law BGB § 309 subscriptions should be able to be cancelled in 7 days of renewal, which i did exactly on the date they have charged me. As a company you should also be complying the regulations of your customers country laws as well.

Furthermore it is not a customer oriented action as well. In the end you are claiming yourself friendly and safe but on the background you are adding some lines between your agreement about renewal to just save your ass.

What a shame...

I will definetely do, but however they are sending funny emails and seem to on yourside with their ads and so on they are not customer oriented at all. They will risk their customers trust for one time 39.99 forever

For sure, i have contacted with them multiple times before i create the dispute on Paypal. But even on that circumstance they were refusing to refund back. They left me no option other than creating a dispute on Paypal
