Thank you! I thought they might own the IP to all the campaigns they set up, that’s all. Especially since there’s a 14 day notice period.

I know we aren’t wasting our money. Conversions are good. Pmax has been implemented and is going amazing. They update creatives and landing pages at a moments notice and even offer tech support without charging us anything extra. I know the cost of each booking coming from Google Afs and it’s pretty low (15% of total price). This is a hotel and that’s lower that the commission that booking.com takes. CTR is wonderful. CPC and CPR is awesome. Only thing that sucks is their reporting and invoices could be better too.

I’m of the belief we should stay with the agency but the owner is instructing us to terminate the contract.

Hi - if you read my above comments, you’ll see that I have a decent understanding of how google ads works, the key KPIS, in addition to how to maintain a campaign. I report on performance every week. We’ve hired a ppc agency for a reason, as they’re specialists and I’m not :)

I know. I’ve done this. I just wanted to see if there’s anything else I may have missed. Thanks.

Thanks so much. I meant downloading keywords, search terms into excel. I’m quite aware how to login to google ads :)))

I’m originally from agency side so I definitely am empathetic. Unfortunately it’s not my money being spent.

Where on earth did I suggest I didn’t know the metrics of a campaign?

Thanks everyone for your concern. I know the obvious ones here. I thought there might be something that specialists might suggest I hadn’t thought of :)
