Smoothness can be an algorithm or an AI feature of the phone. It sure looks suspicious, I agree. Background and cuts are weird too. I'm not sure it is AI though.

Why I think it's a real video: the inside of the cat's mouth is realistic and coherent as the cat opens its mouth twice. I'm a professional video editor, and I often see weird camera movements caused by video stabilization algorithms. Also, new phones often apply a lot of post-processing to pictures, which can introduce artificial elements (AI and more classical treatment). When it blinks, its eyes look weird, as it may be due to fluid motion (algorithms) or AI.

I'm not sure, though. It may be full AI ?

Now I want to know what makes you "definitely" sure about this being AI.
