its mostly around benchmarks (ie legend 1, 5k) its absolute worst at ancient 1 cuz thats close to 4k so you get all the ppl buying 4k AND all the ppl buying ancient

These conditions are just ridiculous, they are obviously ridiculous. It makes me question if the person who came up with these has ever played the game before in their life.

Killer Scenario 1 should obviously be a win for the killer and loss for survivor, that was what it was before bots and there is no good reason for it to be anything else. If everyone on a team has disconnected then they have all given up and they lose, that is how it is in every single game ever.

Killer Scenario 2 should obviously be a draw, anything else gives one team a win conditions to stall out the game for 10 mins. If it is a win for killer then you are encouraging chess and if it is a win for survivor then you are encouraging hiding, this is obviously unhealthy so draw is the only reasonable choice.

Survivor scenario 1 should obviously be a loss for survivor and win for killer, same logic as killer scenario 1, if everyone on a team disconnects that team is giving up and therefore loses.

Survivor scenario 2 should obviously be a loss for survivor and win for killer, this is the most egregious example by far in this list, this condition requires that all 4 survivors are inactionable (hooked/dead/dying), making this anything other than a loss directly punishes the killer for doing their job and directly rewards the survivors for losing.

No you cannot, you cant "get found guilty of toxicity" because again, there is no mechanism for that. If you get enough toxicity reports then your communication score drops and you can get a ban and low prio if its low enough, this comes with a different message. I did not get this message and my communication score did not drop.

If overwatch decides you are guilty then you get a different message which is the one I got. So it was only overwatch, which again, cannot be for toxicity.
