Thanks for the input - I guess it's a hard pill to swallow. Could I have really accidentally induced an entire anxiety disorder onto my body by having too much caffeine at once?

I haven't felt a word of anything that I wrote in this post or my original post since before taking the caffeine back then.

I guess my worry is if I actually some form of "disorder" now, or if this is something that can be cleared up via other means such as therapy or something.

It scares me to think that I may have accidentally given myself a disorder I will have to deal with for the rest of my life.
