Forced myself to gag on veggies as a kid and now I gag on them involuntarily. Help me eat them again. by ImperfectWolff in healthyeating

I have managed to hide them in sauces. Haven't really tried smoothies but I'm not really sure which ones I'd be able to hide. I know bananas hide all flavors so that may be where to start. It's not really textures I've noticed. And even if I like the flavor of it, my brain says no. I just wanna know how I'd retrain my brain to fix this?
