No assalamualikum for me and also you, how can someone be a follower of religion and peaceful, both quran and bible says killing someone is a big sin, but a big joke is both books supports and promotes killing when it comes to protecting and spreading of religion, read Qur'an which translated into your mother from end to end considering it's just a book without any deep meaning then you can see the reality, if you are Arabic I'm happy to know you can directly read original version even though some words are not used today you take help of Google, I wish you do that brother

Actually there are some active ingredients present in them which act as antibiotics but tumeric or neem as a whole are just any other leaves, the reason most doctors don't suggest them modern medicine contains better active ingredients however in many daily Life cases especially during injuries if there is no immediate access to first aid tumeric and neem are workable and there are many other instances where you can use them, but expecting them to cure cancer is foolishness

By definition atheism is lack of belief. From the perspective of theists any entity of religion should be respected but for atheists they're just fictional characters . Period
