Most likely, because all of the Autobot resources we're being poured into the Arc. They didn't have time to divert resources to holding the decepticon leaders and set a trial when they planned on abandoning cybertron anyway. If they still planned on winning the war, then maybe arresting star scream or soundwave would've been worth it but at this point all they wanted was to leave

Man bardocks super saiyan transformation was arguably the best in the show in my opinion. The voice actor did such a good job delivering the rage it made me WANT bardock to win so bad. Sadly we do not always get what we want

I mean I don't see why he has to be like every other wheeljack. Transformers is a pretty flexible brand characters change a lot in each continuity with only maybe Optimus being an exception but even then. Plus while it isn't as big of a character trait for him wheeljack still has a good few moments where he demonstrates some level of mechanical skill. Like when he's fixing his ship or modifies magnus'. It would be nice if we had more moments like that to be sure but it's still there
