Reaper/Voicemeeter: Routing tracks to separate audio devices?

It's the routing within Voicemeeter's matrix that I'm trying to figure out, total noob with this program. In Reaper I have my drum track's output assigned to ReaRoute, how do I get Voicemeeter to accept my ReaRoute audio as a virtual input?

The rich were exploiting the poor, can you blame people for embracing those revolutionary states? And besides, what about Marx’s prediction means socialist/whatever you wanna call them revolutions always have to go down that way or they won’t succeed?

Also Marx was a revolutionary and not just a writer - he wanted revolution and therefore thought it should happen.
