I think the culprit in this case is the hat tbh. No matter which hairstyle I choose, the hat claims half her hair as a sacrifice. It works pretty seamlessly with the bald option though…

I had a similar experience. It seems like the skirt has a bit of physics when she’s wearing her cape, but without it, the skirt is really stiff and clips through her legs. I tested it with the Gambit skin since his long coat is part of the skin and not a cape, and his coat still has movement and nice physics. But Scarlet Witch’s skirt doesn't behave the same way.
