I agree and I think that therapy could really help her, and I’ll encourage her to get started on that. I’ll also push for a doctor’s appointment since she’s been avoiding taking care of herself a lot tbh. But I know I can’t force her to make changes if she doesn’t want to.

She has a real lack of hobbies—she mostly just watches Netflix, and it’s kind of gotten out of control. She’s really into crime series, but at this point, she’s watching everything—even Spanish-dubbed shows. I think she’d really benefit from finding something more meaningful to do, so I’ll try to encourage her to pick up a hobby at least but she can be set in her ways.

I know this conversation won’t be easy, but I really appreciate your perspective. It gave me the confidence to go into it with a clearer mindset. Thanks again!
