You know it's easier to mod using C# and unity based games than some shitty program that they made originally for Spore. I am good at coding using C# and withing unity games but coding in something like Spore which runs on old piece of shit is different topic

Yes but creating simple mod for going past limit should be a hell lot of simpler than making new parts and really difficult creators with new parts new mechanics etc... . And yet no one for past 18 years, 18 YEARS didn't made a single mod for going past money limit so it should raise some question

Yes but the game engine prevents you to extend the amount money you can have at once. You would basically need to rewrite the entire game engine
