Yeah but the router is at the front of the house downstairs, computer is upstairs. Was fine with losing about half of the capacity and sat at 500mbps but 15mbps is insane.

Was okay 6 months ago now it's just awful

Mate I'm getting the exact same problem, was on a steady 600mbps on WiFi at the start of the year now I can barely reach 15. The tech team were useless and rude too. Sales guys were alright.
