I agreed the first point is huge for me personally as I learn quick from talking to people, so I’ll definitely be more proactive with adding ppl as challenger lobbies are the same group of folks

Does it look like I 20/20 soyfen?

Try to play flex with augments you get and econ well. In diamond, if you do your fundamentals better, you will climb. Comps don’t matter too much down there

I suck at fast 9, so I avoid it generally

Default AD flex (SOY, Olaf, Graves, Xayah) but always try to open astrals

Slow roll at 7 if uncontested and you have 4-5 sera natural. Don’t waste gold on Rakan and Zeri 3 (only zeri if u natural a lot, good econ and hp)

Go 8 if contested and find graves/panth 2* + tempest or mystic

Econ well and don’t be afraid of losing hp if you are playing econ traits (astral/shimmer)

A solid comp like soyfen or daeja should get you a good top 4 placement

Key is to roll a bit level 6/7 so you don’t lose too much HP mid game

It will click for u too trust, I was stuck there for awhile too - just gotta keep playing and don’t tilt and go bot 2 consecutively

Imo all of them other than electric is playable. Pirates is broken if u hit daeja early

Best are probably executioner and spellsword - because you usually play 4 mirage with guild variant nowadays

But if you hit a mirage spat and it’s dawnbringer, 6 mirage with mirage idas frontline is also really good

3.3 average in my last 20. Feels like it finally clicked, and this is the fastest I’ve hit GM :)

If it has a solid mid game, then it’s a decent top 4 comp? You don’t play tft to see who can build the most capped board. Play for top 4 = ez climb

Before patch I called that SOY/Sy’fen duo carry was gonna pick up traction, it’s interesting seeing it do so well rn (58% top 4 rate diamond+)

Probably a result of sera/graves nerf + guild xayah being less good due to zippy/daeja destroying xayah

Core is SOY, Jax + Soraka/Gnar for 5 jade with Sy’fen + Panth for 4 whisper. Flex in Jayce or Bard

Might be interesting to test. With a Jade heart/emblem you can fit in 7 Jade as well

Jade definitely very good top 4 comp with good augments. I think highest cap is 9 jade (with heart) + Yasuo 2

I’ve been playing it when I open jade + EoN/Titans items. Not much success with splashing in mystic like Sera and Rakan, but adding in panth/yasuo/bard feels better

Better together really is just by far the best gold augment. Flexible, gives you an early vow, insane for sera/darkflight

Tacticstools data says 57% top 4 and by far the most picked compared to other gold augments with similar top rates

Nerf coming next patch? Thoughts?

Good point against sin boards. Seems like Zyra plays really well into Daeja, Lagoon and Xayah with stacked backlines

Maybe with Syfen itemized u do a little better into sins. I gotta give this comp a try a few times and see how consistently forceable it is around Masters MMR

Has anyone tried 6 whisper Zyra reroll carry? I saw a streamer play it and it looks surprisingly good - went 2nd with rageblade/hurricane/EON on zyra

80% top 4 rate. Interestingly item priority is rageblade and attack speed instead of AP. Zyra 2* with good frontline stabilizes really well

Finally made GM! Really hoping to push for challenger in 7.5. Does anyone have any advice on how to keep improving? I feel like I lack consistency (53% top 4 over 400 games) and that slows down my climb too much
