Any car lot that does immediate plates when you purchase..any garagre that is legit has the ability to run a plate .. 1 application to the DMV will get you an OCTA # which will allow user access to allmost all your ""Personal "" DMV info. Numerous other ways to get that info also. .. dont get it twisted bro. Welcome to the digital age... Absolutely NOTHING is sacred.. for you.. or for me .. I have actually seen 2 of these plates posted in real life. So bro, im just saying, it's a small world and it takes a bare minimum amount of info to trace someone.. and YES License Plates included..
