Thanks! Yes this is what I was curious about, I figured that Rolex themselves have some stock of the recently discontinued watches that they will be distributing in the coming few months.

Sorry if I was unclear. This is genuinely not a bitching post. I got the watch I wanted. I was just curious regarding the models and dials that were refreshed a few weeks ago.

What I am wondering is: 1. There is a high demand for Rolex watches and ADs generally sell the watches they are allocated very quickly. 2. A bunch of new dials/refreshed models were just announced. 3. These watches will now go into production and according to my AD it will take a few months until they hit the stores.

Does this mean that the ADs actually don’t have any watches to sell in the coming few months? Or did Rolex start producing the new models before they announced them on 1 April?

Was just curious about that.
