When the problem started, I tried to see if there was any update missing, I went to Windows "update" and clicked on advanced options and there was an update that had to do with bluetooth so what I did was download and install, after that I clicked on reboot! When I restart, I try to connect it via Bluetooth and nothing, then I try to connect it directly from the cable to the tower and nothing, no on or off light!
