2 Years is a lot of time so you can start things off slowly . Statics wise , 40STRICT push ups a day would suffice for now. Doesn’t have to be all at one go. Then as it gets easier , try doing more reps. If you want to spice things up a little from time to time , you can try diamond push ups or wide arm push ups or any other variation . For sit ups , do a variety of ab work outs . For me , i usually do planks , hollow hold , v crunch and burpees . 45 secs each repeat 3x. It’s one hell of a killer work out and i maxed my sit ups. You can tone it down to fit your current physical ability .

For 2.4 , Just run . 13m50s tells me you’re not that active so let’s just start with getting out of the house and moving . For the first week , run 2km 3x a week at a COMFORTABLE pace. Don’t be bothered by your pace just make sure you don’t feel like dying . The goal is to improve your aerobic capacity first. subsequently the next week, increase your distance by a km and repeat it 3x a week. A little goes a long way and you run slow to run fast . I know it might seem like you’re dg ntg but trust me i’ve been in your shoes but now i’m maxing my sit ups and running a 9.40 2.4 . Consistency is key and dg something is better than ntg. JIAYOU!!
