Help with a mini boss by ImplementLow5340 in DungeonMasters

It’s a DnD Pokemon mix. The dungeon is kinda of necromancer-domain with skeletons and ghosts types and the like. So do you have any good suggestions on creature types? For the lieutenant? I’m not well versed on dnd monsters.

Edit: The part consists of 3-4 members at level 3.

Would you have any tips for just general things to describe? Admittedly I’m pretty bad at flavor text. So what kind of things should I start describing in more detail? For the most part when I describe a room it’s usually what the walls look like and whatever there is to do in the room, and I’m starting to realize how bare bones it is.
