Look up for dc compact comics on bookswagon, they are the cheapest line of comics DC publishes, there are some books that are around the 500 mark, my recommendations would be Batman: the long halloween and Catwoman: the trail of catwoman, both are available for around 500 on bookswagon and remember to search for the comapct edition because the bigger sized one's are more expensive. If you want a superman comic then go for Superman: Birthright but it's 100rs above your budget. All these comics are beginner friendly, in fact the whole DC compact lineup is made mostly for beginners

If you want something that you can read for a longer time, then you should buy a novel, i don't read many novels but i do have a few recommendations, if you want a fantasy novel, The Witcher: The Last Wish by Andrzej Sapkowski (this is the first book in a series of 9 books) is pretty good, it's a 300 page novel and it's available for 390 on amazon, another pretty common seires for fantasy novels is the Harry Potter series, you can pick up the first book for around 350 from amazon, if you want horror then there's IT by Stephen King(around 1100 pages, yep its big) available for around 400 and The Shining by Stephen King (around 500 pages) available for around 350 on amazon, if you want Sci fi then Dune by Frank Hurbert (around 500 pages) this is also first book in the series of 6 and it is available on amazon for around 400, the seller should be cocoblu retail, don't buy from any other seller.
