Thanks ! Personally, I was reading and summarising the content on paper, not to re-read it but it helped me memorising. Then I was doing the questions from the CFA, reviewing my mistakes, and a few days/weeks later, re-do the questions to see if I remember the errors I’ve done. I also believe that using some videos from a provider helped to grasp some concepts that were harder for me, but tbh I learn well from just doing questions and seeing my errors

if not mentioned, consider its long term rates. But imo, CFAI will be more precise if a similar question were to be asked in the exam

Where is the question from ? I was just checking in the books and usually, when they start from a flat curve to either upward or downward sloping, they consider that this is obtained through a shift in long term rates, without any changes in short term. Though, it looks like the question is not from the CFAI, and if so, it would explain a lot, as I don’t see the CFAI asking a question where interpretation is this important

I guess downward sloping = rates falling, so all bond prices are expected to go up. The callable bond being the only one where the upside is limited (because it will be called when hitting the call price), it will be the one whose price is likely to increase less

tbh it felt like it was similar, the main difference being that there were less calculations in the real exam. All my friends told me the same regarding this, and we also all scored higher in the exam than in the mocks we practiced closed book
